About JC Packs

Started in a workshop, not a boardroom.

JC Packs was founded by engineers who'd spent a decade installing and servicing other companies' packaging machines. The pattern was always the same: a customer would call at 2 AM because their line was down, the manual would be in another language, and the distributor who'd sold them the machine had quietly stopped answering emails.

We built the company we wanted to call.

That means: engineers who pick up the phone. Sample testing before you commit. Year-one support included, not upsold. A line configured for your actual product, not a brochure number. We're not trying to be the biggest — we're trying to be the brand you'd recommend to a friend.

What we believe

Three things, stated plainly.

  • 01Honest numbers beat marketing numbers.

If a "120 bpm" machine only sustains 80 with your product, we'll quote 80.

  • 02Testing beats promises.

A 15-day sample run eliminates the "will it work?" gamble.

  • 03Support beats sales.

The engineer who built your line is the one who answers when it's down.

Factory & team

In-house from machining to test bay.

Everything on a JC line — the machined frame, the wired cabinet, the calibrated sealing jaws — is built under one roof by a team of about forty engineers and technicians. We keep machining, assembly, electrical, and a dedicated test bay in-house for one reason: it's the only way to reconfigure a machine around your product instead of forcing your product to fit a standard machine. Before any line ships, we run your actual pack through it in the test bay and send you the footage.

We're not trying to be the biggest machinery brand. We're trying to be the one you'd recommend to a friend who's buying their second line.
