Premade Pouch Packaging.
Pre-formed stand-up pouches — filled, sealed, and ready for the shelf. For powders, liquids, sauces, and premium retail products where shelf presence is half the sale. 25 to 60 pouches per minute.
What this machine does
Shelf presence is half the sale.
A premade pouch machine takes pre-formed pouches from a magazine, opens them, fills them with your product, and seals them. Unlike VFFS, the pouch is made elsewhere — you buy finished pouches with the printing, zippers, and spouts already in place.
For high-volume, low-retail-price products, VFFS wins. The decision is shelf presence versus cost per bag — see VFFS for the other side.

Is this the right machine for you?
Four honest questions before you buy
- Is your retail price point above $4–5 per unit? Below that, premade may not pay back.
- Do you need a stand-up pouch with zipper, spout, or premium finish?
- Are you running 25–60 ppm? Above 60, look at high-speed rotary machines.
- Are you OK with the higher per-pouch cost in exchange for shelf impact?
Common questions
The things buyers actually ask us.
Premade pouches vs. VFFS — how do I choose?
Can I run zippers and spouts on the same machine?
My product is a viscous sauce. Will piston filler work?
How many pouches can the magazine hold?
What we'd test before you commit
Send 2 kg of product + 50 sample pouches.
We'll run them on a matching machine, record sustained throughput, check seal integrity at three line speeds, and document the fill-weight consistency. Video back within 15 working days. No charge.

Not sure which family?
The shelf-presence vs. cost decision.
Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS)
If cost-per-bag matters more than shelf presence — commodity, food service, multipacks — a VFFS forms bags from rollstock at far lower cost per unit.
